– Shrimanker & Yogi operates by appointment only. Clients must schedule an appointment in advance.
– Appointments may be rescheduled with prior notice of at least 24 hours.
– All garments are tailor-made based on individual measurements and preferences.
– Multiple fittings may be required to ensure the perfect fit.
– Any modifications after final approval may incur additional charges.
– A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an order. The balance must be paid before final delivery.
– Prices may vary depending on fabric, design, and customization.
– Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
– The estimated completion time will be communicated at the time of order. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be informed in advance.
– Rush orders may be accepted at an additional cost, subject to availability.
– As each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
– In case of alterations, clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving the garment.
– All designs and patterns created by Shrimanker & Yogi remain the intellectual property of the brand.
– Any reproduction or copying of designs without permission is strictly prohibited.
– We strive for perfection but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in colors due to variations in fabric dyeing.
– Shrimanker & Yogi is not responsible for damages due to improper handling or care after delivery.
– All client information, including measurements and personal details, will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
– These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
